- And this is news? Athletes and trainers have known this for years. Work out, get sore. Go back 2 days later and do the same workout, but lighter. You will feel better and less sore by the end of your workout.

- @backtobasics - You're right on one thing, it starts with what they are used to in the home. Parents who eat poorly teach their kids to eat poorly. You are so wrong on everything else. Kids can be taught from an early age what is good for them and what is not, and learn to make good choices.

- I breast-fed both my kids until they were 2 years old. Only my oldest had formula, and that was at daycare (about 4 oz/day) to supplement as I hadn't pumped enough.
